As Head of Technology, Jeff oversees and coordinates all technology projects, development and systems that support ING DIRECT USA's business units. Prior to joining ING DIRECT USA, Jeff was Vice President of Product Development for Applimation Inc., a leading independent application data management provider (recently purchased by Informatica). Earlier in his career, he was the Director of IT Development for Wit Capital, an online investment bank. Prior to that, Jeff was the Director of Database Development for theglobe.com which successfully achieved an IPO in 1998.

Gaurav was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Informatica Corporation, (Nasdaq; INFA) a silicon valley company that he co-founded in 1992. As its first employee, and CEO for more than 12 years, he led Informatica from startup idea to leading software enterprise with customers and operations around the world. He led Informatica through its initial launch, its successful IPO, and expansion to Europe and Asia. He was the leading figure in developing alliances with major technology players, ultimately forging a broad acceptance of the vision he pioneered in the software industry. Prior to Informatica Gaurav held management and engineering positions at Sterling Software and Unisys Corp.
